turn on, drop out…to the sounds between.

Is the best part of musical performance just before and after the music itself? Sometimes. Which is why I love this: “Tuning ’77.” Which reminds me of this: Favorite Intermissions: Music Before and Between Beethoven, Stravinsky, Holst. John Cage would be proud.
